Who we are

HydroRich is an independent Enagic distributor based in Canberra, ACT. Our ABN is 83 741 002 832. We care about your privacy and want you to feel comfortable sharing your details with us. You can contact us at hello@hydrorich.au.

What we collect

• Your name (or practice name), suburb, phone number and email address.
• Your reason for enquiring, how you heard about us and any optional message you choose to share.
• Whether you have chosen to receive HydroRich news and offers.
• The marketing source of your visit, such as a QR code or flyer campaign, and when you submit your enquiry.
• Basic, anonymous site analytics that help us understand how the website is used.

Why we collect it

We use your details to answer your questions and arrange, deliver, set up and collect your 21-day trial machine. The source of your visit helps us understand how people find HydroRich.

Marketing

We only send marketing messages to people who tick the consent box on our form. It is optional and unticked by default — leaving it unticked won't affect your enquiry or trial. Every marketing message includes a simple way to unsubscribe. You can also email us to change your preference at any time. We may still contact you about an enquiry or trial you have requested.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and store enquiries, and with Enagic if you choose to purchase a machine, so they can process your order and warranty. We share only the details needed for those purposes.

Storage and security

Your details are stored securely with our website and database providers. We take reasonable steps to protect them from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Some providers may store or process information outside Australia. We keep your details only as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet any legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Access and correction

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@hydrorich.au. We may need to confirm your identity before making changes. If we need to keep a record for legal reasons, we'll explain that to you.

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first at hello@hydrorich.au. We'll listen and work with you to resolve it. If it remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
